Who we are
Planet Homes Real Estate Broker LLC ("Planet Homes", "we", "us") is a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai under trade licence 664975 and registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency under ORN 11796. Our office is at 105-26, Bin Dasmal Building, Al Quoz Industrial First, Dubai, UAE.
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit planethomes.ae, contact us, or work with us. Questions about it can be sent to info@planethomes.ae.
What we collect
- Details you give us, such as your name, email address, telephone number and the nature of your enquiry, when you contact us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Information needed to act on a transaction, once you instruct us: identification documents, proof of address, ownership records and information on the source of funds, as required by UAE law.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
- To provide our advisory and brokerage services and manage the transactions you instruct us on.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks and the requirements of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency and the Dubai Land Department.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- With your consent, to send you opportunities or market updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of an agreement with you, our legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in running the business, as permitted by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we never use a client’s name or personal details in our marketing. We share information only where it is needed:
- with the other parties to a transaction you have instructed us on, and their advisers, to the extent needed to progress it;
- with developers, banks, mortgage advisers, conveyancers and trustee offices involved in your transaction;
- with government and regulatory authorities, including the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, where the law requires it;
- with service providers who host our website and email, under a duty of confidentiality.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure the information is protected to the standard UAE law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Records relating to transactions and identity checks are kept for the period required by UAE anti-money-laundering and real estate regulations. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to the people who need it to do their work. We use secure hosting and encrypted connections, and documents shared with us are handled in confidence.
Your rights
Subject to UAE law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent you have given. Write to info@planethomes.ae and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also contact the UAE Data Office.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses the cookies it needs to run. With your permission, it also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies that tell us how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether the contact form, WhatsApp or telephone links are used. Google Analytics is provided by Google and may process this information outside the UAE. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics to identify you. Analytics runs only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
